  • Verification: A Government-approved ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN) and a professional Profile Picture.

  • Service Area: Your specific Area and Pincode to match you with nearby students and optimize travel.

B. From Parents & Students (Requirement Matching)

  • Contact Info: Parent’s Name and Mobile Number.

  • Student Profile: Child’s Class, Age, and the specific Education Board (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, Bihar Board).

  • Academic Needs: Specific Subjects required and a description of any other hurdles (e.g., specific learning gaps or exam anxiety).

  • Logistics: Your Home Location and the designated Area for the Demo Class.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for:

  • Precision Matching: Pairing students with tutors based on location, qualification, and the student’s specific academic hurdles.

  • Safety & Trust: Verifying tutor certificates and ID proofs before recommending them for home visits.

  • Communication: Sending class updates, demo confirmations, and feedback requests via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Operational Efficiency: Using pincodes and areas to ensure tutors are assigned to leads within a manageable travel distance.

3. Information Sharing (The “No-Sell” Promise)

We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only to facilitate the tuition service:

  • Facilitating Demos: Parents receive the tutor’s professional profile (Qualification, Photo, Experience). Tutors receive the student’s class, subjects, and the location for the demo.
