1. Introduction
Welcome to Best Tutors. By registering as a Tutor or Parent/Student, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between the Bureau (Best Tutors), the Tutor, and the Parent/Student.
2. For Tutors: Registration & “Trust-First” Model
2.1 Registration & Documentation
Registration Fee: Registration is currently FREE. Under our “Trust-First” model, a one-time registration fee of ₹599 is only payable after your first successful student placement.
Validity: Once paid, your registration remains active for one academic year (until the end of the current session).
Mandatory Documents: Tutors must upload/submit:
One Passport-size Photograph.
Valid Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License).
Copies of Highest Educational Qualifications/Marksheets.
Note: Profiles will only be verified after document submission.
2.2 Service Commission (Revenue Sharing)
Offline/Home Tuition: * Long-term Courses: 50% of the first month’s tuition fee.
Short-term/Crash Courses: 25% of the total course fee.
Online Tuition: * A recurring 25% commission of the total monthly fee for every month the classes continue.
2.3 Fee Collection & Deductions
To protect the interests of the Bureau and the Tutor, the following payment protocol is strictly followed:
Agency Collection: The first month’s tuition fee is collected in advance by the Bureau from the Parent.
Automatic Deduction: * For Offline Tuition: The Bureau deducts the 50% commission from the first payment.
For Online Tuition: The Bureau deducts the 25% commission from every monthly payment.
Registration Fee: The ₹599 registration fee (if not already paid) will be deducted from your very first payout.
Payout: The remaining balance will be disbursed to the tutor within 5 working days after the classes successfully commence.
2.4 Performance & Conduct
Free Demo: Tutors must provide one free demonstration class to the student.
Reporting: Tutors must report the status of every lead/call to the Bureau immediately. Failure to respond to Bureau calls may lead to profile suspension.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Tutors must agree to fee adjustments if a parent is unsatisfied during the first month.
Zero Tolerance: Registration will be cancelled immediately in cases of misconduct, misbehavior, or physical punishment.
3. For Parents & Students
3.1 Fee Security & Payments
Advance Payment: To secure a tutor and ensure service quality, the first month’s fee must be paid in advance to Best Tutors.
Liability Warning: The Bureau is not responsible for any financial loss or disputes if payments are made directly to the tutor without Bureau confirmation.
3.2 Tutor Attendance & Scheduling
Compensatory Classes: Any classes missed by the tutor must be compensated on weekends.
Exam Support: Tutors are expected to provide extra time during exams. Any additional charges for extra hours must be mediated by the Bureau.
Demo Policy: While the demo is free, it is considered the first class of the month once the tutor is officially hired.
3.3 Safety & Discipline
No Physical Punishment: We maintain a strict “No Physical Punishment” policy. Any violations must be reported to the Bureau immediately.
Verification: Parents are advised to check the tutor’s ID proof during the first visit for their records.
4. General Provisions
Direct Dealing (Anti-Bypass): Any attempt by the Tutor or Parent to bypass the Bureau for direct payment arrangements will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Dispute Resolution: In case of any disagreement between the Tutor and Parent, the Bureau’s decision will be final and binding.
Data Privacy: All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used strictly for matching and verification purposes.
